We offer several options to make sure your purchase reaches you quickly and safely. The delivery cost depends on the weight and dimensions of the products in your order (that is, on the size of the order).

PROCESSING TIME

The total time to fulfil an order consists of its picking and preparation, the duration of which is given for each product, and a delivery period of 1 to 3 working days, depending on the logistics operations of the transport company.

PERSONAL COLLECTION

We allow our Customers to collect orders at the company's location in Nowosiedlice 107, 56-410 Dobroszyce, after prior arrangement by telephone. We work from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00

1. How do I collect a product?
   

   After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming it. When the goods are ready for collection, you will receive a message from us (e-mail or SMS).

   When collecting the goods, we will ask you for details identifying the order (its number and the first and last name of the person who placed it). We may ask you to confirm the details by showing an ID card. After checking the details, we will hand over your purchases.

2. How do I pay for my order?
   

   Payment for the order is required before collection. Wait for confirmation that the payment has been credited.

3. What if I order products but do not pay for them?
   

   The next day we will send you a reminder to make the payment. If you do not pay within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled.

4. Additional costs for carrying the goods inside
   

   If the page of a given product does not contain information about additional carrying-in costs, they will be determined individually and may be higher than the standard rate given. Contact the Customer Service Office and agree the terms of the service.

5. Check the dispatch / delivery time on the page of the ordered product
   

   Deliveries of ordered goods may take place on different dates, through different carriers and in several parcels, according to the fulfilment time given in the product description on its page, under the item ''dispatch / delivery time”.

6. Buying several items, where one of them shows a service with carrying inside
   

   When buying several items where, for example, one of them shows a service with carrying inside, we fulfil the order without the option of delivery to the door. To use this option, contact the Customer Service Office and agree the terms of carrying inside.

7. What weight of parcels are couriers obliged to carry to the customer's door?
   

   Please remember that a courier is not obliged to carry a piece of furniture into a flat (block of flats, older apartment building, etc.) when its size exceeds the basic dimensions. Carriers are obliged to carry parcels of up to 30 kg.

8. What should I do if the parcel with the ordered goods has visible damage?
   

   If the parcel with the ordered goods has visible damage, draw up a parcel damage report with the carrier in order to establish the cause of the defect. This is evidence making it probable that the damage occurred during transport.

   Describe the condition of the packaging correctly in the report and include any information that will help rule out your involvement in the occurrence of the defect. Drawing up the above report correctly will significantly speed up establishing at which point the damage occurred.

   You have the right to refuse to accept a damaged parcel. In that case, notify us of this fact without delay. Please remember that the lack of a transport damage report, or an incorrectly drawn-up document (inconsistent dates, no information on the condition of the parcel), may delay the handling of the matter and create a risk of buying damaged goods and acquiring the product in the condition in which you received it - with no possibility of a complaint.

We offer a wide range of bathroom furnishings. It is important to us that ordered products are delivered as quickly as possible. Our range includes baths as well as small bathroom accessories. This is a large difference in size, which calls for flexible solutions.
