The bed has a substantial, low construction with a fully enclosed base. Both the headboard and the bed frame are designed in the same style of vertical, softly contoured panels. The wide frame surrounds the mattress on three sides, creating the effect of a luxurious, enveloping piece of furniture. Every segment has rounded corners, which softens the geometric form and increases safety in use.
